In order for young people to learn, they need challenge. That is they need to be allowed to face a situation that may stimulate independence, responsibility and decision-making with consequences and joy. Our tours and trips programme is a major part of what we do to encourage the all-round growth of our BWBs. Whilst football is the medium, the real foundation of the programme is about helping each young person build his own personal armoury so that he is able to choose his path and be equipped to face whichever challenges may be lurking at each corner.
